This policy covers information collected through the Postcard Movers website, inquiries, and managed direct mail services. Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:
- Inquiries and design requests: Your name, email address, phone number, company website, and information you share about your business. Our free-design form also records the submission time, IP address, and browser information.
- Discovery calls and communications: Appointment details and information you provide when scheduling a call, emailing us, or discussing a campaign.
- Business and campaign information: Your business name, return address, branding, artwork, offers, target areas, campaign preferences, approvals, and mailing history.
- Account information, where applicable: Your name, email address, account identifiers, and authentication information handled by our login provider. We may manage a customer account on your behalf without requiring you to sign in.
- Payment information: Stripe processes payment details. We retain payment references, billing settings, and transaction records, but do not store your full payment card number.
- Property and recipient information: Third-party data providers supply property addresses, listing details, and available owner and listing-agent contact information used to select recipients and support campaigns.
- Technical information: Website activity, device and browser information, and security or error logs used to operate, protect, and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries, prepare requested designs, and arrange discovery calls.
- Contact you by email or phone about your request or campaign.
- Plan campaigns, prepare artwork, select recipients, and arrange printing and mailing.
- Process authorized payments and maintain campaign and transaction records.
- Provide customer support and communicate about your service.
- Prevent spam and fraud, investigate errors, and understand website performance.
3. Information Sharing
We use service providers to operate the business, including Stripe for payments, Lob for printing and mailing, Supabase for data storage, Clerk for login services, and Resend for email. Vercel, Sentry, Upstash, and Discord support hosting, analytics, error monitoring, security, and operational notifications. Information relevant to these functions is processed through those providers.
Postcard artwork, recipient addresses, and your business return address are shared with our mailing provider to produce and deliver your campaign. Campaign records may include property, owner, and listing-agent information made available to the customer whose campaign they support.
Discovery calls are scheduled through Cal.com. Information you enter on that booking page is processed by the scheduling provider and shared with us to arrange the call. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy notices.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and campaign information as needed to respond to requests, provide services, and maintain our business relationship. Payment and mailing records may be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us; some records may need to be retained for these purposes.

We use safeguards such as encrypted connections, authenticated access, and restricted administrative access to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
