  • Provide, maintain, and improve our postcard marketing service.
  • Process payments and manage your wallet balance.
  • Send postcards on your behalf through our print-and-mail provider (Lob).
  • Manage county subscriptions and territorial exclusivity.
  • Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and service updates.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with the following third-party service providers who are necessary to operate our service:

  • Clerk: Authentication and user management.
  • Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions and wallet top-ups.
  • Lob: Print-and-mail service for sending postcards. Your business address is shared as the return address on postcards.
  • Supabase: Database hosting and storage.
  • Vercel: Application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records and postcard history are retained for accounting and auditing purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
