Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Postcard Movers (“the Service”), operated by Postcard Movers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Postcard Movers is an automated postcard marketing platform for moving companies. The Service monitors real estate listings and sends postcards to new home listings in counties you have subscribed to.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Platform Subscription

  • A monthly platform subscription ($50/month) is required to claim counties.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, all county claims are released.

5. County Claims and Exclusivity

  • County claims are exclusive — only one subscriber may claim a given county at a time.
  • You must begin sending postcards within 5 days of claiming a county. Failure to do so may result in automatic release of the county.
  • If postcard sending is paused or stopped for more than 5 consecutive days, the county may be released for other subscribers.
  • We reserve the right to release county claims that are inactive.

6. Wallet and Payments

  • Postcard sends are deducted from your prepaid wallet balance at $1.50 per postcard.
  • Wallet funds are non-refundable except in cases where a postcard fails to send, in which case the charge is automatically refunded to your wallet.
  • If auto-reload is enabled, your payment method will be charged automatically when your balance falls below your configured threshold.
  • Three consecutive auto-reload failures will disable the auto-reload feature.

7. Postcard Content

  • You are solely responsible for the content of your postcard templates.
  • Templates must not contain misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove templates that violate these terms.
  • Your business address will appear as the return address on all postcards.

8. Listing Data

Real estate listing data is sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing data. Postcards are sent based on available data at the time of processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Delays or failures in postcard delivery (handled by our mail provider).
  • Inaccurate or incomplete listing data from third-party sources.
  • Lost business opportunities resulting from service interruptions.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your county claims are released and your account data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Postcard Movers operates.
